The Tam Hat evokes a wide range of images and memories--flowers, bells, hilltops, the sauna. It is unstructured and lined, easy to pack and wash. I cut & sew each one in our Kingston, NY studio from our stash of offcuts, remnants, and scraps.

This Tam Hat uses a section of a coveted piece of cotton Marimekko fabric c. 1973. Only four hats could be made from this fabric, and each one is unique.

Lined in a navy sueded cotton.
