This Stadium Buttondown is cut from an heirloom indigo and turkey red wool blanket handwoven in the USA c. late 1800s. We extensively mended and patched the cloth before sewing, restoring it for a new life of wear.
The Stadium Buttondown:
The Stadium Buttondown volleys between suit jacket and overshirt. Buttoned up, the neckline is reminiscent of a classic, collarless baseball jersey. Buttoned down, these curves become rounded lapels. Features a single angled welt pocket on the chest.
Partially lined in rinsed white linen. Closed with antique cow bone buttons dyed in-house with black walnut.
Relaxed with a slight drop shoulder. We recommend your true size. Dry clean only.
