The Tam Hat evokes a wide range of images and memories--flowers, bells, hilltops, the sauna. It is unstructured and lined, easy to pack and wash. I cut & sew each one in our Kingston, NY studio from our stash of offcuts, remnants, and scraps.

This Tam Hat uses our remaining pieces of sage green mattress ticking c. 1930s, woven in France and beautifully softened by time.

Lined in a rinsed ecru hemp/linen blend.
